In order to lease an apartment at 1305 Pitner Avenue, you must:
be referred to us through the Regional Housing Initiative (RHI) or through the State-wide Referral Network (SRN).
If your housing authority hasn't already referred you to the RHI website, you can apply now and join the waitlist using this link. We recommend reference these instructions to guide you.
To join SRN, you will need assistance to complete the assessment and screening from a Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Housing Locator or other staff person.
You also must be eligible for a CHA voucher in order to secure a lease.

This newly constructed building has eight 1-bedroom apartments and eight 2-bedroom apartments. The units are comfortable for individuals and small families. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, living room/eating room, bedroom(s), a bathroom and multiple closets/storage areas. There is a community space on the 2nd and 3rd floor where laundry is available as well as space for relaxing outside of the apartment. There is permit parking available for those residents who have vehicles. Additional conveniences include: trash chutes on the 2nd and 3rd floors; elevator; 24-hour emergency coverage; and storage units on the 1st floor for each unit.
